Unfriendly handling, staff probably overwhelmed, never again!

We had to look for a clean table and watched other customers go from table to table to find the one that was the least dirty. Leftover food, grease stains and sticky surfaces. Even before Corona, this is an absurdity, especially now, because the table should be disinfected after each guest! We lost our appetite and preferred to leave the shop and eat somewhere else.

Fantastically delicious, nice staff, the food is prepared to order in the afternoon. We like to come more often.

Unfriendly, fried fish cold. Delicious is different.

Everything great. Coupons were accepted without any problems, the service was friendly and the toilet was pleasantly clean.

Unfortunately not like before the Corona period. Rude and very comfortable sales staff. Unfortunately, we felt that it was not about the customer and their enjoyment, but only the sales. Maybe we should have left the restaurant immediately after the first unfriendly encounter with the lady in sales. Allegedly no tartar sauce available, although it was available in a container at the street vendors, or should only have been picked up from the warehouse. That showed us the convenience of the staff. In addition, the cutlery was dirty, the potatoes and the fish were no more than a maximum of lukewarm. It's a shame, but this shop / restaurant will not be able to survive this way.

The blonde, older employee at the street counter was absolutely rude to us, as my mother did not have a mask on when she looked through the window on the side. Even after we apologized, we were impossibly approached. You can say that in a friendly tone. Never again...

I went there with my parents as a child. The quality of the food got worse and worse over the years. The last time I felt really bad after eating a fish sandwich.

Nice staff, delicious food, all good

We have often taken something with us in passing, for example fish rolls or deep-fried squid rings and potato wedges. Always delicious!

If you order a cold fried fish baguette, you get a COLD fried fish baguette. Outrageous! In addition, the vendors always exaggerate with tartar sauce and ketchup. In addition, they always look angry when you throw trash in their trash can, even though you haven't bought anything there. But eat good

Bought big potato wedges box. But was only half full .. as I spoke to him about it ... he said that there is only so much for 5.90 simply outrageous.

The older lady with the short hair was very rude. I asked about calamares and got the answer if I see some here instead of a normal polite answer. I don't get anything from this shop anymore because the service is very unfriendly. The older lady with the short hair should think about being friendlier.

A very cozy little shop in the center of Bamberg. Friendly staff & the decor was modern. The food was great.

Small fine shop. Cozy. My daughter loves him. Great staff, friendly. Good choice. Whoever loves fish will love him.

Very unfriendly staff, snappy answers (especially an older lady with short hair). Tables were not wiped clean. My two companions were advised that they were not allowed to eat inside with me because they only wanted to eat a fried fish menu, even though I wanted to eat a "fish fillet mushroom". I am quite disappointed with this visit and will not eat at the branch in the future.

The service on the output window 2017 and 2018 was super friendly. 2019 totally unfriendly. The barcode on the mobile phone should be printed and submitted. Who has a printer on holiday? And why then the app? Backfisch there was lt. Service only cold, not warm as in the advertisement on request.

The best fish I've ever try. Worth it with the price??

Fast and tasty, typical North Sea. Unfortunately, we were not told that we could have the same for half of the price of coupons?

Cold fish isn't so nice

Terrible. The children's menu was inedible and the fish was overcooked and consisted of more batter than actual meat. Furthermore, it was soggy and so were the fries. All the food was bland and oversalted at the same time. Last but not least, vegetarians be ware, meat, fish and fries were all prepared I the same fryer. I will not visit this place again under any circumstances.

I went there for a quick bite and it was pretty good. The food is tasty and staffs can speak decent English and are helpful.
